    In 2013, Mr. Arbib co-founded Momentum Solutions, one of the world’s leading providers of life support services for governments, humanitarian and emergency operations, and currently serves as CEO.

    Momentum Solutions, is the parent company for MAG Logistics and MAG Services Group, and is an affiliate of Momentum Aerospace Group (MAG).

    Prior to Momentum Solutions, Mr. Arbib was a Director at SkyLink Aviation since 2003, having founded and managed their European operations from Rome, Italy until 2006. Later, he moved to Toronto to manage the Canadian Department of National Defence sales office for SkyLink.

    Mr. Arbib is also the co-founder of Cycura Inc., provider of advanced, customized, and confidential cyber security services to governments, companies, and organizations with particularly high intellectual property (IP) value as well as critical data protection needs such as infrastructure, and the co-founder of MedReleaf, Canada's largest privately owned medicinal cannabis licensed producer.

We make donations of medicines, such as over USD$ 1 million donated to support the typhoon relief efforts in the Philippines, and for the children of Somalia in June 2015.     Grumesa School Project

    Grumesa School Project is a Momentum CSR initiative linking the youth community of the UAE with the students of Grumesa. Students from the UAE have leveraged their school and sports networks to collect donations of sports and school supplies to be shipped to the Grumesa school. Momentum is collaborating by covering the logistics and administrative costs of shipping the items to Ghana and sponsoring the visit of a UAE student representative to receive and deliver the goods to Grumesa school.

    Food Safety

    Food safety is critical to all of our catering operations and food supply chains. We have in place a fully accredited Food Safety Program (ISO 22000 and HACCP) which must also be strictly followed by all of our suppliers and sub-contractors.

    We use dynamic reporting methods which provide visibility into the level of compliance and conformity of our worldwide operations. These methods include direct reporting from operations sites to our head office, regular internal quality audits performed on all operations, and on-site inspections by management. On a global basis we can identify any trends in non-compliance and implement the necessary corrective or preventive actions.

    Our catering and food services range from basic daily meals to State banquets, all delivered according to our certified ISO 9001/14000/22000, TBMED530, IFS (International Food Standard) processes. Leveraging our established supply chains, warehousing capabilities, and distribution infrastructure, we source and stock the highest quality ingredients to produce the tastiest Italian, Mediterranean, and International dishes. We also stand prepared with Meals Ready-to-Eat (MRE) and rations.

    Our Chefs are internationally certified and appropriately experienced in preparing a range of meals for multicultural diners with differing tastes and requirements, including Kosher, Halal, vegetarian, vegan, special dietary, and nutrition specific. Our Chefs focus on efficiently preparing and serving nutritious, safe and delicious food in a clean and orderly facility in accordance

Our staff prepare and serve nutritious, safe and delicious food in clean and orderly facilities in accordance with international health and hygiene guidelines as recommended by FAO/WHO Codex Alimentarius Commission’s Code of Hygienic Practice for Recooked and Cooked Foods in Mass Catering, CAC/RCP 39-1993, HACCP and ISO 22000 FSMS (Food Safety Management System).

    Regular Catering Service

    Breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus snacks, either buffet format, or À La Carte, according to budget and dietary demands, and geography. Menu cycles can range from 28 days to 60 days. On average, we require 2 to 3 weeks to mobilize and initiate our standard catering services for customers, but can transition from incumbent operators virtually immediately, and for critical and emergency situations, we can facilitate requirements in minimal time.

    Meals Ready-to-Eat (MRE)

    We deliver innovative solutions for rapid deployment and mobile operations in the form of ready-to-eat meals which are healthy, nutritional, and taste great. We have stand-by stock in our strategic distribution centres, which enable us to mobilize immediately to support critical missions and time-sensitive demands for prepared meals.

    Our food service operations follow the strictest HACCP standards to ensure safety and health.     MAG deployed 6 Mi-8 helicopters to Afghanistan and in a 9-month period, MAG has flown 1,712 hours, moved 50,227 kilograms of cargo, and transported 4,849 passengers.

    Moving UN Peacekeeping equipment from China to Juba, South Sudan

    PROBLEM: In early 2015 MAG Logistics was contracted to deliver 650 metric tons of various oversized UN Peacekeeping equipment from Jinan, China to Juba, South Sudan on behalf of the People’s Liberation Army of China supporting the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS).

    SOLUTION: This was China’s first and urgent deployment of the full infantry battalion equipment which consisted of multiple containers, trucks, vehicles, armored personnel carriers and dangerous cargo to the war-torn African country. MAG Logistics was tasked with arranging the best capacity air transportation option utilizing multiple various capacity aircraft including AN-124, IL-76 and Boeing-747F.

    RESULTS: Juba airport is not suitable for large aircraft, therefore MAG Logistics expert team was challenged with transloading most of this equipment at Entebbe, Uganda for final delivery in priority sequence with a smaller IL-76 freighter. All required UN peacekeeping equipment was delivered to Juba on time so the troops could quickly focus on protecting civilians and UN personnel and participate in humanitarian relief, street patrol and other security duties.

    El Salvador Mission

    PROBLEM: In May 2015 United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Mali (MINUSMA) required delivery of three MD-500E helicopters from San Salvador to Bamako provided by El Salvadorian Air Force.

    SOLUTION: While transportation of these helicopters with AN-124 freighter would have been an easy but very expensive option, our team of experts at MAG Logistics were able to develop a budget solution by loading all helicopters into Boeing 747F aircraft with certain minimum modifications.

    RESULTS: MAG cargo manager accompanied the flight to ensure the helicopters were delivered on time for immediate deployment as medevacs for troops and the local population, among other purposes. These helicopters are best for the harsh desert climate of northern Mali.

    Afghanistan (Theater-wide)

    PROBLEM:  NATO Air Command-Afghanistan / Combined Security Transition Command – Afghanistan had a need to provide flexible, reliable, safe commercial air movement for the Afghan National Defense Security Forces (ANDSF) via the Afghan Air Force (AAF) to enhance operational support throughout Afghanistan.  The majority of the AAF Mi-17 fleet is operating at low capacity as the AAF continues to build their air assets with the current capacity not meeting the requirements for resupply, Casualty Evacuations (CASEVAC), and Human Remains movement (HR). The contract was tried twice before by other providers, but failed because the provider failed to meet contractual requirements due to the challenging nature of the mission.

    SOLUTION:  MAG Logistics deployed 6 Mi-8 helicopters to Afghanistan and in a 9-month period, MAG Logistics has flown 1,712 hours, moved 50,227 kilograms of cargo, and transported 4,849 passengers.

    RESULTS:  MAG Logistics – Afghan Airlift alleviates the heavy burden placed on AAF air assets to perform air movements (passenger and cargo transport, CASEVAC, and HR) and makes them available to perform their primary missions.

    PROBLEM: The Government of Mozambique required helicopter support to transport voting materials and staff to polling stations in hard to reach parts of their country during the Mozambique General Elections in 2014.

     SOLUTION: MAG Logistics supplied five fully crewed helicopters to the Government of Mozambique, on short notice, and against political upheaval.

     RESULTS: Mozambique had a successful democratic election that included 17,199 polling stations and 131,000 polling staff throughout the country.
