Food Safety

Food safety is critical to all of our catering operations and food supply chains. We have in place a fully accredited Food Safety Program (ISO 22000 and HACCP) which must also be strictly followed by all of our suppliers and sub-contractors.

We use dynamic reporting methods which provide visibility into the level of compliance and conformity of our worldwide operations. These methods include direct reporting from operations sites to our head office, regular internal quality audits performed on all operations, and on-site inspections by management. On a global basis we can identify any trends in non-compliance and implement the necessary corrective or preventive actions.
