Momentum’s global reach enabled the team to source physical security equipment in the United States and facilitate its air freight transfer to the local project management team in Niamey. Schedule compliance, budget control, and rigorous construction standards led to the project’s completion within the U.S. Air Force’s ninety-day timeline.
