A prominent five-star luxury resort chain was preparing to launch a new Caribbean property and planned to promote it by bringing 500 hundred U.S.-based travel agents to experience the resort in person. To cultivate a five-star travel experience commensurate with their brand, they needed dedicated charter aircraft to transport the agents.
Solution
Momentum sourced Airbus 320 and 321 aircraft to accommodate the large group and operated multiple round-trip flights, transporting the agents for a five-night stay at the new Caribbean resort. We organized customized in-flight catering, meeting all dietary needs and special meal requests. Additionally, two dedicated operations staff accompanied the group for the entire journey, overseeing each departure and handling any last-minute changes on-site, ensuring a smooth stress-free experience.
