World Cup International Passenger Charters

Brief: The 2018 FIFA World Cup was held across eleven cities in Russia. Momentum was contracted by multiple tour operators from countries with participating teams needing to transport large groups of fans, corporate sponsors, and media to various matches throughout the tournament.
Solution: Our group charter division sourced multiple passenger aircrafts, often on short notice for groups of 50 up to 300 passengers, including Embraer 145, Airbus 320, Boeing 737-700, and 800.
Result: All flights operated successfully and cost-effectively, moving passengers internationally to and from Russia, and domestically within Russia.
Time-Sensitive & Oversized Cargo Charters

Brief: A client contacted us needing to transport heavy outsize cargo and equipment over a series of four international cargo charter flights (between North America and Africa).
Solution: Our cargo and freight operations teams quickly sprung into action and secured an Antonov 124 aircraft to operate all charter flights in their ambitious operating schedule.
Result: Each successful flight transported on average over 90 tonnes of equipment. The loads included two heavy forklifts, weighing approximately 35 and 50 tonnes each.
Helicopter Charters In Africa

Brief: An African government required helicopter charter support to transport voting materials and staff to polling stations in hard-to-reach parts of the country.
Solution: We supplied five dedicated fully-crewed helicopters to help facilitate the movement of staff members.
Result: The result was successful elections that included over 17,000 polling stations and the transportation of over 120,000 polling staff.
Syrian Refugee Transportation Movement

Brief: In late 2015 through early 2016 the Government of Canada committed to bringing over 25,000 Syrian refugees from Jordan, Lebanon, and Turkey to Canada within a short timeframe.
Solution: Momentum operations and site staff coordinated our complex and large-scale air charter services transportation solution, supplying the needed wide-body aircrafts from multiple operators to meet all deadlines and evacuation goals for these time-critical group charters.
Result: Seamless and efficient throughout, within the first two months we transported over 10,000 Syrians from Amman, Jordan to Toronto, Canada.
