Stephen Arbib
Chief Executive Officer
Stephen Arbib is a Canadian entrepreneur who believes one can do well while doing good.
Throughout his career, he has founded companies which are not only successful, but benefit society and help those truly in need.
In 2013, Mr. Arbib co-founded Momentum Solutions, one of the world’s leading providers of life-support services for governments, humanitarian and emergency operations. He now serves as the CEO.
Prior to Momentum Solutions, Mr. Arbib was a Director at SkyLink Aviation, having founded and managed their European operations from Rome, Italy until 2006. Later, he moved to Toronto to manage the Canadian Department of National Defence sales office for SkyLink.
Mr. Arbib is also the co-founder of Cycura Inc., provider of advanced, customized, and confidential cybersecurity services to governments, companies, and organizations with particularly high intellectual property (IP) value.
Born in Tel Aviv, Israel in 1977, Mr. Arbib moved to Toronto at the age of 10. He attended Ryerson University for Business and following his second year, enrolled in a joint entrepreneurship program in Vancouver (with Harvard University).
Mr. Arbib is an active member of Toronto’s non-profit community, and is a frequent benefactor of medicinal efforts to countries all over the world, including Syria, Mozambique, Somalia and elsewhere.
Allen B. Graham
President
Allen B. Graham is the President whose expertise is in Specialty Aviation, Commercial Aviation, Logistics, Project Management and Emergency Evacuation.
Mr. Graham has had a long and distinguished career in the Travel and Aviation industries in Canada. His career has spanned more than 44 years, having started with Air Canada in 1971.
Prior to his role with Momentum Solutions, he was with the Transat Group, Canada’s largest Leisure Travel Company, for a period of 13 years.
During that time, he held the position of President and CEO of Air Transat for 11 years, as well as two years as the President of the Tour Operator, Transat Canada.
Before joining Air Transat, he was the President of Royal Aviation, a Montreal-based Charter Airline and Tour Operator.
Mr. Graham spent 28 years with Air Canada, where he occupied various senior executive positions, including General Manager of the Toronto Airport, Vice President of Inflight Services, and Senior Vice President of Customer Service. He was then seconded to JAZZ Air BC to become their President and CEO.
Mr. Graham currently resides in Montreal, Quebec.
Emily Duncan
Chief Commercial Officer
Emily Duncan is the Chief Commercial Officer of Momentum Solutions. She joined the Momentum Team in 2018 as the Director of Commercial Operations for the Group Charter Division with a focus on expanding Momentum’s business in the large group passenger sales market and was promoted to Chief Commercial Officer in October 2022.
Prior to moving to Momentum, Emily held a Senior Management role as Director of Sales & Operations with another Canadian charter brokerage for 12 years. Over the past 18 years Emily has built a trusted reputation with clients and suppliers alike for strong sales and operations leadership as well as bringing comprehensive value-based air charter passenger solutions to fruition globally, in a wide array of industries including Incentive Travel & Leisure, Corporate & MICE / Events, Sports & Entertainment, Religious and Community Groups as well as Emergency Response and Workforce Transportation. Her passion for logistics and experience overseeing charter operations around the world has equipped her with a unique blend of expertise that reflects daily in Momentum’s commitment to the delivery of superior 24/7 hands on support in the execution of all flights.
Emily resides in the Ontario Niagara region and works out of Momentum’s Toronto based head office.
David Atkins
VP of Operations & Regulatory Affairs
David Atkins is the President of Air Express and VP of Operations and Regulatory Affairs at Momentum Solutions. David’s aviation experience began in 1983 and since that time, he has enjoyed various positions in the Canadian airline industry.
In 1991, David moved into airline management roles beginning at Morningstar Air Express. In 2005 he joined the start-up team at Flair Airlines and with 11½ years in Director roles, helped to grow the company from a small two-aircraft charter operation into the Ultra-Low-Cost scheduled airline it is today. Following over 14 years at Flair, he moved on to Air North as Director of Business Development and Regulatory Affairs.
Over the past 30 years David as worked with a wide variety of clients including Purolator, Federal Express, Shell Canada and on projects including election charters for all three of Canada’s main political parties, world-wide VIP charters, and workforce transportation.
Mr. Atkins joined the Momentum team in February of 2023 and was subsequently appointed President of Momentum Air Express that May. Mr. Atkins holds a Canadian Airline Transport Pilot licence, endorsed on the Boeing 727 and 737, as well as US FAA Commercial and Dispatch licences. He lives in Kelowna, BC.
Joseph Grimaldi
Chief Financial Officer
Joseph Grimaldi is the Chief Financial Officer of Momentum Solutions. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting.
