Momentum’s Freight Transport team was awarded a $9,700,000.00 task order to support the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) with the delivery of N-95 respirators from its national stockpile for delivery to the American public.

The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) made the award on January 22, 2022. Momentum was awarded the southeastern sector for this historic movement of personal protective equipment (PPE) to the American public. Stephen Arbib, CEO of Momentum, commented, “This award is a testament to our truly global resource network and infrastructure, another strong example of our responsiveness and agility.” Ilan Friedman, Chief Operating Officer for Momentum’s Freight Transport stated, “We are so pleased to have been awarded this tender.  We have supported ASPR and the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) since late 2020 as part of their arsenal of solutions for combating the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
