Momentum received the notice to proceed from the U.S. Air Force on 15 September and achieved substantially complete on 2 November; delivering the project 26 days ahead of schedule! This project represents a critical infrastructure initiative by the U.S. Air Force, which allows them to better manage and store aviation fuel. Completing the project ahead of schedule allows the U.S. Air Force to eliminate its dependence on the French Military for the storage and management of aviation fuel. The fuel system dramatically improves the operational capabilities of the U.S. Air Force at Air Base 101.
